Crane and Williams turn the Impossible into an Art
— Irish Times

BRIGHTON THEATRE is a pioneering theatre company founded in the 1980s by Director Faynia Williams and Playwright Richard Crane to premiere plays and performance work, in collaboration with other artists and venues in Brighton, and nationally and internationally.

Diverse and socially committed, the company’s multi-award winning entertaining work moves easily from fringe to mainstream and back, often with live music, film and dance.

As well as using traditional stages Brighton Theatre has become known for discovering new and unexpected site specific spaces.

As a charity our educational work is far-reaching, incorporating remote teaching to the rainforest and research work in Gaza.
